I used to describe myself as anxious, unable to relax and fearful of everything, especially the unknown.

I would have 2-3 jobs to fill my days and weeks so that I wouldn’t feel the anxiety.

That changed after a big car accident. I was in a lot of physical and emotional pain. It lead me to practice yoga and pursue in learning multiple holistic modalities as a way to help heal myself and others. I was already an esthetician so it was easy to add some of these into my repertoire.

With continued practice, I am now able to be with myself more. I am less afraid to feel, observe and have the tools to figure it out most of the time. I also seek help when I need as it’s not the easiest to see your own stuff sometimes.

I can now see that the car accident was a catalyst to speed up my growth process. I can now see who I am and what I was meant to do on this Earth. I am using this momentum to stay on this path. I recognize that this is a journey and the work will always continue.

This is my passion and soul’s calling. It would be a great honour for me to be your torch on this journey.
